Processing & Delivery
Once you order, your FungalFile Pro is picked, quality-checked, securely packaged, and handed to a shipping carrier — a process that typically takes 2-3 business days before it's on its way to you.

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at contactpodex@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. Because we begin preparing orders for fulfillment shortly after this window, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or changes once 24 hours have passed.
If your order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, you're still covered under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and standard return policies.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you within the estimated window, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will always provide tracking so you know exactly where your order stands.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and building management first, as packages are sometimes misdelivered. If you still can't locate it, contact us at contactpodex@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it.
