Refund policy
We're confident in the Podex method. If you use the FungalFile Pro consistently and follow the Clear Nail Protocol for 90 days and don't see results, we'll refund your full purchase.
To qualify:
Use the FungalFile Pro at least twice a week for 90 consecutive days, following the Clear Nail Protocol
Take a clear photo of your affected nail on the day you start, and another on day 90
Email us at contactpodex@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, your dated before and after photos, and a brief note about your experience
This guarantee covers one device per claim. For hygiene reasons, you never need to return the unit you've used — please dispose of it safely. If your order included additional units you did not open or use, those must be returned in original condition for their portion of the purchase to be refunded.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. This guarantee is valid for customers who contact us within 100 days of purchase.
Podex reserves the right to decline a refund request if we reasonably believe it to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contactpodex@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the FungalFile Pro and any accompanying filing heads cannot be returned once opened or used, outside of our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your refund request, we'll let you know if it's been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
